“My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge”
Joel 4:6
“It is universally admitted that a well instructed people alone can be permanently a free people.”
James Madison – Father of the U.S. Constitution and 4th President of the United States 1809-1817
Madison authored 29 of the 85 Federalist Papers, and, Introduced the Bill of Rights which addressed religious freedom as the first item.
As we observe our Judicial System using the courts as a tool to destroy a former President and political opponent, we should note Madison’s opposition to such abuse:
“Only 10% of Christians have a Biblical worldview; only 14% read the Bible on a daily basis, and only 2.8% of American pastors are willing to apply the Bible to current issues.”
David Barton – Quoted by David Lane, President of American Renewal Project
Millions of Christians Do Not Register to VOTE
Millions who do, Don’t Bother
James Madison was home schooled as a child and attended Princeton University under the direction of Reverand John Witherspoon, one of the nation’s premier theologians, legal scholars, and signer of the Declaration of Independence.
Witherspoon stated:
“It is the man of piety and inward principle, that we may expect to find the uncorrupted patriot, the useful citizen, and the invincible soldier. – God grant that in America true religion and civil liberty may be inseparable and that the unjust attempts to destroy the one, may in the issue tend to the support and establishment of both.”
Is it any wonder why the citizens of the United States elected James Madison President of the United States in 1808, a man who regularly led his family in daily devotions and served as Jefferson’s Secretary of State for 8 years?
Instead of a man of Madisonian ‘piety’ and ‘inward principle’, an ‘invincible soldier’ for all that is right and true, we have allowed “cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men” – of which George Washington warned us – “to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government.”
The result? Enslavement and bondage of an entire nation, politically, philosophically, spiritually, and economically, by several generations of ideologically driven ‘masters’ led by the Prince of the power of the air…the Master of deceit, deception, death, and destruction.
