Portland Police Chief Speaks Out
“How Much Violence Is Enough?”
On September 24th, Daryl Turner, Portland’s Police Association Chief, in response to the continuing riots and related violence in Portland, wrote, “If any of our community members or officers are hurt or killed, we will hold our elected officials responsible. Reckless public policy has real consequences. You’ve had your chance to lead. You’ve failed to do so.”
Turner’s statement should reflect the viewpoint of all Oregon Voters after they have observed over a hundred days of unhindered, uncontrolled, and unnecessary lawlessness, disorder and destruction of property in Portland.
Aided and abetted by the starkly misguided, democrat officials including the Governor, Mayor, City Commissioners, both U.S. Senators, Congressman and every democrat state legislator from Portland who sided with the anarchists, the voters have every reason to believe they will not stop their top down government agenda for the entire state unless the voters stop them in this election.
