Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, freshman Congresswoman from New York City, and new darling of both left wing media and deceived group-think socialists across the country, is a 29-year-old former bartender with a degree from Boston University.

Frisky, opinionated, and assertive, she has already stated that she is the new leader of the House democrats, espousing unashamedly, a wildly foolish socialist policy agenda that makes even Bernie Sanders and Nancy Pelosi blush.

Milton Friedman, an American economist who received the 1976 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences would find her socialist New Green Deal ideas preposterously unworkable and juvenile, which they are.

In contrast to her virtual lack of any free enterprise experience, knowledge, and credentials in economics, and naive belief in government control of business, healthcare, education and more, Friedman was indisputably the twentieth century’s most prominent advocate and respected authority on free enterprise.

His opinion of government oversight and control of our economy was best stated in the following quote:

“If you put the federal government in charge of the Sahara Desert, in 5 years there’d be a shortage of sand.”
