New York – The Abortuary State

“A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his clothing, wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead . . . But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion. So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.”

Luke 10:30, 33

Compassion Personified

When a lawyer (Luke 10:25-29) asked Jesus what he must do to inherit eternal life, Jesus “… answered and said, “You shall love the LORD with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”

When the lawyer sought to justify himself, Jesus told a story revealing the difference between a priest, a Levite, and a Samaritan. The priest and Levite did not care enough to help a man who had been accosted, robbed, beaten, and left on the side of the road. They would not even come close to the man. But when a Samaritan came by (Samaritans were hated by the Jews), he came to the man, compassionately rendered the needed aid, took him to a nearby Inn, and paid whatever it cost to take care of him. Jesus then asked the lawyer, “which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who fell among thieves? The lawyer replied, “He who showed mercy on him. Jesus then said to him, “Go and do likewise.””

On Thursday, the 24th of January, Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York, playing to his pro-abortion supporters, proudly announced his support for the abortion bill passed by the state legislature that legalizes the killing of an unwanted human being right up to the point of birth, and some argue, even shortly thereafter if the baby is still alive.

If Cuomo, a ‘lawyer’, and those who cheered the decision, could not see that showing mercy to innocent and defenseless human beings is a refusal to love our neighbor as ourselves, and the LORD with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind, he and those who cheered this decision are willfully and selfishly joining those Israelites in the Old Testament who “did evil in the sight of the LORD.”

They ALL are bringing judgement upon themselves and our nation if not confronted, and their decision rejected. Rise up oh men (and women) of God!

Gosnell, The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.”

II Corinthians 10:4-5

Arise, People of God

LORD God, our creator and maker of heaven and earth; lover of our souls, and our Redeemer; rebuke the Prince of the power of the air and his lying legions of demons in America! Pour out the Spirit of Life in Your Son Jesus upon the redeemed! Ignite within us all a passion for the deliverance of those being led to the slaughter; the lost who are being deceived by the lies of the devil to their everlasting torment; the tormented and tortured by the destroyer of their souls. Give us the compassion of the Samaritan and hearts of the Lion of Judah. Renew in us a right spirit. Humble us in repentance, and renew a right heart within us. In the only Name under heaven in which there is salvation, Jesus of Nazareth, the only begotten of the Father. Amen.
