This decision recognizes the injustice and violation of our conscience and religious conviction rights under the First Amendment to the Constitution by employers, or Federal, state and local governments, who believe – after the Obergefeld ruling on marriage – that they can fire, demote, denigrate or penalize Christian employees for their conviction that marriage is between a man and a woman only.
