The ‘noble cause’ George Washington was referring to when he called it ‘ the cause of mankind’ was the cause of freedom from tyrants who treat their people as subjects to abuse rather than citizens to be respected.
When citizens in 31 states rightly vote to preserve marriage between a man and a woman only, are ignored and forced, unconstitutionally, to accept the alternative, America’s citizens are being treated as subjects to be manipulated and abused by oligarchs who do as they please.
Oregon’s democrat governor and lapdog democrat legislators are engaged in the same abuse of the citizenry when they force Oregon taxpayers to pay for the slaughter of the innocents, certainly not a ‘noble cause’ nor the ’cause of mankind’ – not to speak of driving a young married couple out of business for following their conscience and religious convictions – nor of depriving Oregon citizens of their Second Amendment Rights under the Constitution – all of which was done in the last legislative session under the leadership of governor Kate Brown, a former pro-choice lobbyist.
